If it hadn’t have been for the professionalism, sensitivity, patience, and just general character of Northside Chapel, I don’t know how my brother and I would have been able to handle the passing of our mother. I’m really at a loss for words because I think they were a blessing during one of the most traumatic experiences and how do you sum up in words a blessing. I thank Northside Chapel from the bottom of my heart and whole heartedly recommend them.

My best friend lost her husband and Northside Chapel was the first funeral home we visited. We met with Lauren and knew immediately that we were in the best place we could be. We were in good hands. Lauren and her staff were incredible from the very beginning and throughout the entire process. They help my friend through every detail and the services were beautiful. I highly recommend Lauren and her team at Northside Chapel. They made the process so simple during a very hard time. Thank you Lauren for everything. You are amazing.

We recently lost our son and contacted Northside since we had been there for other friend's services and had been pleased with the way they were handled. For a sudden and devastating event, we felt cared for the entire time. Lauren, Lucinda and every part of the staff treated us professionally and compassionately throughout the process. They never rushed us but did keep management of the crowd so that we could grieve at our pace. Their guidance was exceptional and every step of the process was handled with respect for our family and our son. This is their daily business, and I so appreciated that they kept the pace and stayed on top of the details that needed to be coordinated because we were never going to be "ready" to bury him. I have nothing but praise for their very difficult profession of helping family and friends mourn a loved one.

I am at loss for words. Misty was absolutely incredible. The whole place felt like my dad, and she went above and beyond. She made this extremely difficult process so comforting and easy. We love you Misty!

The sudden and tragic death of our beautiful daughter left our family in horror and disbelief. Lucinda journeyed with us through the gut-wrenching decisions, flexed at every turn and said "yes" (with confidence) to every request we had to make Alex's celebration of Life all that we could have hoped for. I can't imagine worse circumstances for a family, but Lucinda was a comfort, guide and literal "angel on earth" during our deepest darkness.
